The Range Outside School Hours Care is available exclusively for students at the Rockhampton Girls Grammar School. The service operates as follows:
 

• After School Care from 3.00pm – 5.30pm during school terms

• Vacation Care from 8am – 5.30pm during school holidays

• Pupil Free Days and Half School Days as needed

At The Range Outside School Hours Care we nurture our students to be happy, curious and creative young people who care for others and make a positive difference in the world. We aim to provide an outstanding care and leisure program within a safe, friendly and nurturing environment that ensures a sense of belonging for all families at our service. We value partnerships with families and the wider school community and recognise the vital role they play in each child's development. 
 

​Staffed by qualified, experienced educators, the OSHC program will deliver quality educational programs via an array of varied, innovative teaching methods that foster dynamic learning growth such as stories, media, indoor and outdoor activities, games and drawing, among other adapted programs and resources. Delivered in a safe and relaxed atmosphere, there are also opportunities for children to participate in a range of free play activities to unwind after a structured day of learning, giving children plenty of choice.
