What a fantastic final Educator Meeting we had for 2017. Educators from both Frenchville and Gracemere Centres joined together on December 4th to discuss “what worked well” and “what didn’t work” in each room, and at each Centre this year. The clear focus being on “what can we improve upon in 2018” to make Skippy’s even better.
The evening was the epitome of collaboration, information sharing, self-reflection and best practice. So proud of all our dedicated and passionate Educators coming together to share learning experiences and rallying together to welcome in 2018. Lots of novel ideas, a fresh approach and an injection of even more passion for providing quality Early Childhood Education, now that’s the Skippy’s way - well done team!
