Once you have filled out the form, simply scan it and email a copy to the designated email address of the respective centre. If you prefer, you can also visit the centre during their open hours to personally deliver the completed form.

Should you have any questions or require further information before proceeding with the enrolment, feel free to reach out to us directly. Our team is readily available to assist you. You can also visit your nearest centre for an in-person consultation.
