Skippy's Early Learning is seeking a motivated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to deliver our approved Kindergarten program and support the learning and development of the children in Kindergarten as they prepare to transition to school.

Recent early childhood Graduates as well as experienced ECT’s are welcome to apply.

You will work closely with other ECTs at our services, and be supported by a passionate and experienced team of Educators and a motivated and committed Approved Provider. Our Kindergarten room is well-resourced with iPads, classroom internet access, regular equipment upgrades and teaching material budgets, and your own laptop.

about you:

Bachelor of Teaching/Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA assessed qualifications

Ability to obtain a working knowledge of and implement the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline 

Current Working with Children check, First Aid and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates, or willing to obtain 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

The passion and ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, their families and your colleagues

Well-developed organisational skills and be focused on providing quality childcare by constantly striving to improve in all areas
